All the staff were really friendly and the hotel was conveniently located near the town center and a pub.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are newly renovated and very clean with nice bathrooms. The location is fabulous, not far from Colchester town centre and other attractions. The restaurant offers a wide variety of outstanding meals. I always enjoy staying here when I'm in Colchester.

Stayed here with my family and everything was perfect. The staff where accommodating and amicable, no complaints. I had a beautifully presented room with very comfy beds. Having an electric kettle, central heating, and a TV set was very convenient.

This hotel was definitely a hidden gem. The rooms were clean, comfy, and had WiFi, which I wasn't expecting. The breakfast was incredible, a huge full English breakfast that kept me full for a while. The staff was fantastic and always willing to help with anything we needed. We also had dinner at the hotel, which was delicious, the menu was varied, and had a lot of options to choose from.

One downside to this hotel was the location. It would be difficult to access without a car.
